The NTCAR Mailing List is an automatic mailing program which sends your e-mail message to hundreds of practicing professionals in one easy step. Members can use the NTCAR Mailing List to enhance their business marketing by sending email.

Please Note: Only NTCAR Members may use the list. All messages are monitored by NTCAR for suitable content. The lists are only intended for the marketing of commercial properties or finding real estate for clients. Please do not use the lists for topics other than commercial real estate.

Send a Message
To send a message, simply click the "Post Message" link for the appropriate mailing list. Make sure you subscribe to the list that you are e-mailing. You can subscribe to the Office, Industrial, Retail and General List by clicking the corresponding link under "Join a List."   
                                                           
When sending a message, the email will automatically include a default Subject line that corresponds with the list. Please leave this in the message header. You can add your own subject line to the header after the default Subject line.

Property Listings are only to be submitted to two distribution list. Submission of the same property listing to multiple distribution lists will be deleted.

Each user is only allowed to submit 4 property listings each business day to each distribution list. Please send the same property only once a week. Please be advised emails are only distributed Monday - Friday between 3 pm and 5 pm. Each email message will be distributed within 1-3 business days.


Messages are limited to 512kb in size and cannot contain any executables.
