The Texas Real Estate Commission requires certain brokers and salespeople to take the new six-hour broker responsibility course in order to renew your license effective September 1, 2012.  See if you are required to take this course here.

Broker Responsibility Course 6 Hours

Real Estate Broker – Practice Management 3 Hours

The objective of the Real Estate Broker – Practice Management course is to supplement and expand on information in TREC’s Broker Responsibility course and to cover best practices for real estate brokerage practice management.

Broker Responsibility Course – $135 Member / $150 Non-Member

This course is full, there will be no on-site registration available.
