Getting the Forms
NTCAR has developed and maintains the following list of contracts, forms and addendums for use by commercial real estate professionals.
Members:
The forms are available to REALTOR members in two forms: In protected PDF format and on form-fill software.
If you are a Realtor member of NTCAR you can get the ZipForm software for free by going to www.texasrealtors.com and downloading the software and forms library.
If you are a Professional member of NTCAR you can get the protected PDF format only.
To request the forms in PDF format, email cturner@ntcar.org. Please request the form by name. A complete list of forms are listed below. Only request the form you currently need. Do not send a request for all forms. Members may request the forms only. Request from assistants or other office personnel with not be honored.
Non-Members:
Non-Members who would like to obtain a printed copy of any contract form, may do so by filling out the form below. There will be a charge for each contract requested.
