The NTCDX is a member-controlled local solution designed to improve data quality, reduce research costs, enhance your marketing efforts and return the control of the information back to the real estate professional.

NTCDX (Xceligent) IS AN ADDITIONAL SERVICE NOT INCLUDED WITH YOUR NTCAR MEMBERSHIP COSTS.

NTCAR partnered with Xceligent in 2003 to create the NTCDX. In response to members’ need and industry expectations, the NTCDX has evolved from a member-loaded property and listing exchange to a member-controlled, but fully researched, commercial real estate listing and information system.
