My client needs 2,800 – 3,400 SF of office space by August 1 (or sooner).  The property must have an outdoor patio for monthly mixers.  

General layout requires;
Reception Area

6 Private Offices

Conference Room for 18
Room for 6 cubes
Break Room with Sink
Lounge/Rec Area  for ping pong table, tv, etc.
Outdoor Patio 

The space should be located between Belt Line Road and Hwy 121 and Midway Road and Ohio Drive in north Dallas/Plano.
