  • The objectives of Tenant Representation
  • A step by step description of the Tenant Rep Process from Needs Analysis through Lease Commencement
  • Sample documents such as Request for Proposal (RFP), Counter-Proposals, Letter of Intent (LOI) and how to use them
  • Overview of the Space Planning / Pricing / Construction process including responsibilities and strategies of the Tenant Rep broker
  • Analyzing Lease Proposal Alternatives from the Tenant’s perspective including:
    • Total Rent, Average Annual Rent & Rate, Rentable & Usable Rates, Net Present Value/Cost
